What “open box” means here
The original Breville box has been opened, so we do not sell the machine as new. The machine inside has never been used.

Every accessory listed under In the box on the product page is included — 11 items, from the Dosing Funnel™ and Razor™ dose trimming tool to the milk jug and the cleaning disc and tablets.

The machine itself
The Barista Express grinds beans with a built-in conical burr grinder (16 settings), uses a 54 mm portafilter with an 18 g dose, heats with a Thermocoil and PID temperature control at 200°F, and has a manual steam wand. The full specification is on the product page.
